This system may use third‑party providers including (but not limited to) cloud hosting, automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Make and similar), artificial intelligence services, telephony/voice providers, messaging services (e.g., WhatsApp/SMS), and email services. By using this system, you acknowledge that your data may be processed, transmitted, or stored by such providers under their respective terms and privacy policies.

Information submitted through this system is intended for administrative intake purposes and does not create an attorney‑client relationship. Confidential or sensitive information should only be provided as directed by the law office.

Matan Media LLC is not responsible for service interruptions, data delays, transmission errors, third‑party outages, or actions of external providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Matan Media LLC disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this system.

To protect yourself as a reseller and platform architect, you need to include a "Service Agreement Addendum" that every client must sign before you activate their Telnyx Flow.

This script shifts the legal burden of consent and compliance from you (the provider) to them (the business owner).

Compliance & Indemnification Agreement

1. Verification of Consent

Client (The Business) warrants that all phone numbers provided to the system have given Prior Express Written Consent to be contacted for the specific purpose of [Service Type, e.g., Booking/Transactional]. Client confirms that consent was obtained via a clear, one-to-one opt-in that explicitly named the Client's business.

2. Prohibited Content

Client agrees not to use the platform for high-risk categories including, but not limited to: Debt Collection, Marketing of Controlled Substances, or Unsolicited Political/Marketing Campaigns. Any "Transactional" flow that is modified by the Client to include "Promotional" content is the sole legal responsibility of the Client.

3. Opt-Out Management

The System includes mandatory "Reply STOP" logic. Client agrees never to bypass, disable, or ignore these opt-out requests. Client is responsible for cross-referencing their manual databases with the System’s "Do Not Call" list.

4. Indemnification

Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Matan Media LLC from any and all claims, statutory damages (including TCPA fines of $500–$1,500 per message), legal fees, and liabilities arising from the Client’s failure to obtain proper consent or violation of FCC/TCPA regulations.

5. Recording Disclosure

If AI Voice recording is enabled, Client is responsible for ensuring "Dual-Party Consent" compliance based on their local state laws.

The "Omni-Compliance & Indemnity" Clause

Compliance & Indemnification: Client warrants that all phone numbers and data provided for use in the system have been obtained through a legally valid, one-to-one opt-in process in strict accordance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), FCC regulations, and Meta/WhatsApp Business Messaging Policies. Client acknowledges that Matan Media LLC acts solely as a technical service provider and that Client is the sole "Sender" or "Initiator" of all communications. Client agrees to (a) maintain records of consent for at least four (4) years; (b) immediately honor all "STOP" or "Unsubscribe" requests; and (c) defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Matan Media LLC from any and all claims, statutory damages (including $500–$1,500 per violation), legal fees, and regulatory penalties arising from Client's failure to obtain proper consent, unauthorized use of the platform, or any violation of federal, state, or platform-specific communication laws.

Our Services and Fees

Matan Media LLC offers a range of consulting, design, and content services tailored for businesses of all sizes. Our service fees are as follows:

  • Basic Web Design (Up to 5 Pages): $700

  • Premium Web Design: $1500

  • Basic Small Business App Design: $3750

  • Premium App Design: Varies from $8500 - $15000 per app (depending on complexity and features)

  • Tech Support for One Hour: $150 " Website Only" For App is $500 per Hour

  • WhatsApp Business API and AI Agent Automation Set Up Fee are $300 Plus $120 per month for basic option if needed us to manage plus the usage fees. Voice $0.09/Minutes SMS $0.03/sms

  • All other AI Agent Automation Services Vary " Per Minutes, Per 1000 Charecters, Per Hour etc.

    Payment Policy and Procedures

    To ensure a seamless transaction, please review our payment guidelines below:

    • Prepayment Requirement: All payments are required in advance unless a specific exception has been authorized by management.

    • Credit Card Verification: For any credit card transactions exceeding $1000, we require a copy of the cardholder’s Driver’s License and a clear image of both sides of the credit card for security verification.

    • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards, personal/business checks, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle and CASH

    • Returned Check Policy: Any returned checks will incur a $50 processing fee per occurrence.

Technical Responsibility & Support Policy

We provide website design and development services only. We are not responsible for third-party services, including but not limited to website hosting, domain registration, email services, software updates, security, backups, or ongoing maintenance unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement. We may recommend or assist in selecting third-party providers (hosting, email, domains, plugins, etc.); however, all accounts, payments, performance, uptime, and support for these services remain the sole responsibility of the client and the respective provider.

Technical Support

Technical support outside the original project scope is available upon request and is billed at:

$150 per hour (minimum 1 hour)

  • Support time must be booked and paid in advance

  • A minimum 24-hour notice is required for all support requests

  • Emergency or same-day requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees

Payment Terms: To ensure a smooth workflow and project delivery, our payment terms are as follows:

  • Advance Payment: All payments for our services are required in advance before any work commences.

  • 20% Total Down payment deposit for Any Project before we start.

  • Refund Policy & Terms of Service

At Matan Media LLC, your satisfaction is our priority. Please review our refund policy regarding our digital services:

  • Web Design Services: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on web design fees only. This period begins on the date of initial delivery or project completion.

  • AI Agent Automation: All AI Agent Automation services are strictly prepaid and are non-refundable, It may take between 3-7 business day to deploy.

  • Other Non-Refundable Services: Sales for Domain Hosting and any live web-published content are final.

  • Refund Process: To request a refund for design fees, you must submit a written request via email within 3 days of service completion.

Proprietary Restrictions & Penalties If a refund is issued for web design services, you are strictly prohibited from using the website, its assets, or our third-party supplier integrations.

  1. Usage Prohibition: Any future engagement with the specific infrastructure or suppliers provided by us during the project is strictly forbidden upon refund.

  2. Breach of Contract: Unauthorized use of these services following a refund will result in a mandatory compensation fee of $30,000, payable within 3 business days.

  3. Legal Fees: You will be held liable for all associated legal and collection fees.

  4. We are NOT resposible for the following policy, HIPAA, GDPR, SOC 2 and TCPA protection

  5. Late Penalties: Any unpaid compensation will accrue interest at a rate of 1% daily until the balance is settled in full.
